Care

Your air fryer's functionality can be preserved by properly caring for it. Use a sponge, soft cloth, and a little dish soap to remove stubborn particles. After you have removed the grease and dirt, dry the item completely before reassembling it. Baking soda paste is another way to clean an air fryer. You can apply this paste to the heating elements by using a sponge. Then, rinse the fryer thoroughly with clean water and dry it with a microfiber cloth. It is best to avoid using any metal tools or utensils for cleaning the fryer. This could cause scratches on its nonstick surface.

Cleaning

It is important to clean your air fryer regularly in order to keep it running at its best. Regular cleaning makes sure you cook cleanly and prevents your parts from getting stuck. It preserves the taste of your food and keeps it fresh. There are two types, deep and basic. A dirty air fryer can be susceptible to food particles, baked-on grease, and mould which can adversely affect the quality of your prepared food.

Avoid common mistakes

There are some common mistakes that you can avoid when using an air fryer first time. You may feel tempted to add more oil, but this will just result in a slimmer-down appearance. Instead, use less oil and cook for shorter time periods. It is also an excellent way to save oil.

How to make a perfect Omelette

Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. How can you make them perfectly? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.

Next, let us talk about how to mix the eggs. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. To do this, take the bowl from the mixer and flip it upside-down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. The egg will be thoroughly mixed in the bowl as the air is whipped.

The fun part begins - you need to pour the milk into your mixture. First, pour half of the milk into the beaten eggs and then fold the eggs gently into the remaining milk. Do not worry if you see streaks of egg; they will disappear when the omelet is flipped.

After you have done folding the eggs, heat the pan on medium heat. The oil will start to smoke. When the oil is hot enough, add 1/4 cup butter to the pan. Stir it around until the butter covers the entire pan. Now carefully crack open the lid of the pan and sprinkle salt into the pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Once the omelet has formed completely, cover the pan and let it set for a few minutes. Flip the omelet with a spatula, or flip it upside down. Cook the opposite side for another minute. Serve immediately after removing the omelet from its pan.

This recipe is best made with whole milk. However, it can also be used with skimmed milk.
