Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. How do you make them perfect? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, microwave the egg for 10 seconds before adding it to the pan. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. You need to turn the bowl of the mixer upside down. Then, vigorously shake the bowl. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. Fold the eggs in the milk mixture by first pouring half of it into the egg whites. Don't worry if there are still streaks of egg visible; these streaks will disappear once you flip the omelet.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
