Omelets have always been a favourite food to eat for breakfast. But how do you create them perfectly? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. You must keep them cool enough to allow the whites to form properly and the yolks to become too runny if they're not kept at the right temperature. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. It is best to use room-temperature eggs if you are going to cook them right away.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. Because this could cause your omelet to become curdled, you don't want any yolk to be mixed with any white.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.
