How to make an omelet that is perfect

Omelets have always been a favourite food to eat for breakfast. How can you make them perfectly? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

Another tip is to separate each egg before adding them to the saucepan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.
